Nick Hernandez-Sepper
OwnerNick Hernandez-Sepper began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems, specializing in Nuclear Engineering, from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in June 2016, where he gained extensive experience on military and cargo vessels while traveling to various countries. He holds a US Coast Guard License as an Unlimited Horsepower Third Engineer, allowing him to operate any vessel worldwide. In August 2023, he earned an Executive MBA in Aerospace and Defense from the University of Oklahoma, focusing on managerial and leadership skills in the industry. Additionally, he completed a graduate certificate in commercial space applications from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024 and another graduate certificate in supply chain management from the University of Oklahoma in December of 2025. He began his Naval career in June 2016 as an Officer in the US Navy, focusing on sailors' career progression and personal issues, and since January 2018, he has held a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. He earned his qualification as a Naval Flight Officer with Task Group 114.2 in March 2018 and completed 18 deployments, accumulating over 1200 flight hours while prioritizing crew safety through operational risk management. He has led over 200 sailors in two maintenance departments, earning multiple safety awards, and as a Task Group Duty Officer, he managed a team of 21 in Command Center operations, overseeing current operations, dynamic planning, and crisis action for over $4.2 billion in national assets globally.
